In consideration for access to confidential information of Just Atonement Inc., please execute and complete this Non Disclosure Agreement. A copy of this form will be emailed to you at the email provided. As used here, confidential information means information delivered orally or in writing. *

The Receiving Party acknowledges the sensitivity of the confidential information and the importance of keeping it confidential. To the extent there are any questions or issues related to the confidential information, the Receiving Party will work in good faith with Just Atonement Inc. to maintain the confidentiality of the information. In all circumstances, the Receiving Party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the confidential information pursuant to this agreement. *

Upon request by Just Atonement Inc., the Receiving Party will return or destroy any confidential information provided to it. To the extent any such information cannot be returned or destroyed (such as oral information), such information will be maintained as confidential pursuant to this agreement until otherwise publically disclosed by Just Atonement Inc. *

In the event the Receiving Party receives a subpoena or a request for information related to the confidential information, the Receiving Party will give prompt written notice to Just Atonement Inc. (to "inder@justatonement.org") of the existence of such request, to permit Just Atonement Inc. to seek a protective order or other relief related to the potential disclosure of confidential information. *
