After countless hours of research and diligent editorial efforts, we have just created the world's first Universal Jurisdiction Practice Guide for human rights practitioners. We’ve designed this guide to support legal teams as they navigate issues that transcend national boundaries, including international criminal prosecutions, violations of war crimes legislation, and climate-related acts conducted by individuals, governments and corporate entities. This document is the first of its kind, and we hope it will be referenced by practitioners addressing pressing international concerns related to climate change.
